Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your BeClarified account and all associated data at any time.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your practice data, patient records, appointment history, and analytics will be permanently erased. We strongly recommend exporting your data before proceeding.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your practice account and login credentials
- All patient records and clinical data stored in BeClarified
- Appointment history and scheduling data
- Treatment plans and clinical notes
- Analytics and business reports
- Billing history (tax/invoice records may be retained as required by law)
How to request deletion
You have two options to delete your account:
Option 1 — Self-service via the app
- Log in to your account at app.beclarified.com
- Go to Settings in the top-right menu
- Select Account from the sidebar
- Scroll to the bottom and click Request Account Deletion
- Confirm your request — you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes
Option 2 — Contact our support team
If you are unable to access your account, email us directly and we will process your deletion request within 5 business days.

Please include your registered email address and the name of your practice in your message.
Data retention after deletion
Following a deletion request, your data will be permanently erased within 30 days. During this period your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. Certain billing and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UK tax law — these records do not include patient or clinical data.
